The initial phase of Lumiere Place will feature a large casino with almost 2,000 slot machines, 40 gaming tables, a 10- table poker room, bars and a lounge. The casino will be connected to a new 24-story, 200-rooms luxury hotel tower that include a spa, two fine-dining restaurants and an expansive pool and garden area off the hotel lobby on the eighth floor. The existing Embassy Suites will be completely renovated into 297-suites. A tunnel beneath 1-70 will enable pedestrians to walk to Lumiere Place from America’s Center, the Edward Jones Dome and the central downtown area.

The second phase of development could be a $500 million project which would include 375 high-end residential units within eight towers over-looking the riverfront and 220,800 SF of commercial space, if there is market demand.
